  1. I myself am completely against any form of drug or alcohol abuse. But would also like to remind about the ever growing heroin epidemic. Many of the people that turn to heroin, resort to it because their (opiate/opioids) pain medications, had been discontinued. Maybe they were discontinued by reason they were abusing them, and maybe not, possibly because their doctors began to feel threatened by the stricter guidelines for writing the prescriptions, therefore decided to stop prescribing to protect their livelihood. Just please be aware of these reasons people turn to heroin. Not to mention the availability of heroin is high now, and the cost is extremely low. When it comes to having to pay for prescriptions that work well for patients in need, when they’re not covered by insurance. The issue of alcohol and tobacco is worse. Taking more lives ruining families, and the violence that comes with drinking alcohol. Get that off the shelves.
